You agree to review your itinerary and other travel documents for accuracy and to inform us of any issues. The names on your documents must match your government-issued ID.
eliteescapejourneys.xyz ("eliteescapejourneys.xyz") acts as a sales agent for airlines, hotels, car rental companies, tour operators, cruise lines, or other service providers named in your itinerary or confirmation ("Suppliers"). We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of the Suppliers or their failure to adhere to their schedules, provide services, issue refunds, or their financial condition of the Suppliers and we assume no liability for recommending a trip credit instead of a refund.
We assume no responsibility for and shall not be liable for any acts or omissions by any other party not under our control or any acts of God, unsafe conditions, terrorism, health hazards including pandemics, illness, weather hazards, or the suitability of any trip for a disabled person. We have no special knowledge of the dangers during travel or at destinations. For information regarding travel risks, we recommend visiting the Department of State website at travel.state.gov.
You expressly assume all risks and agree to release and hold harmless eliteescapejourneys.xyz, its agents, employees, officers, directors, a successors, affiliated companies, and subcontractors from any and all claims, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
You agree to not purchase tickets with unused flight segments, such as "point-beyond," "hidden-city," or "back-to-back" tickets. You acknowledge that many airlines closely monitor such practices and could result in the airline cancelling the rest of your itinerary, and it may result in you being denied boarding.
For your protection, we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. Please note that many policies exclude coverage for certain circumstances, especially relating to COVID-19 or other policy exclusions. You agree to hold us harmless if you choose not to purchase insurance.
We recommend using a credit card for payment so you can exercise your rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act if you do not receive the services for which you paid. If our Suppliers fail to deliver the services, your recourse is against the Suppliers directly, and you agree not to initiate chargebacks against eliteescapejourneys.xyz.
You agree to present any claims within 30 days after your trip ends and to file suit within one year of the incident. You also agree that the courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida, will have exclusive jurisdiction for all claims, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
eliteescapejourneys.xyz is registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
