Luxury Travel Agency

Step into the future of travel

Be part of travel's next chapter.

No Experience Required

Everyone knows someone who travels. No experience is required to become a eliteescapejourneys.xyz agent. Our course will teach you everything you need to know to get started and you’ll have an incredible team to support your journey. We accept existing agents (those who are looking to switch host agencies) and new agents (people who have never been a travel agent before).

Of course, it will take time and hard work to master this industry. We seek motivated people wanting to change their lives and “escape the matrix.” People are traveling all around you; we want you if you see that as an opportunity.

No Prior Background Needed

You don’t need previous experience to begin a career with us. Everyone has connections to people who travel, and our training program is designed to teach you everything required to start strong. We welcome both seasoned advisors seeking a new host and newcomers who have never worked in travel before—you’ll be supported either way by a highly engaged team.

That said, success doesn’t happen overnight. This field rewards discipline, consistency, and ambition. We’re looking for individuals who want real change, who recognize the constant movement of travelers around them, and who see opportunity where others see routine.

Free Travel Agent Training

Our training will challenge you, but it will also set you up for success. The training is broken up into three parts: The Industry Course, The Practical Exam, and The Systems Course.

The Industry Course:

You have 30 days to complete this self-guided online course (optional for existing agents with over $250k in revenue per year). It covers everything from brands and destinations to how to quote quickly and close deals.

The Practical Exam:

This occurs within 7 days of completing the Industry course. This is a role-play (remote via video conference) with a member of our team who acts as your client (optional for existing agents with over $1M in revenue per year).

The Systems Course:

You'll have 14 days to complete this self-guided online course (required for all new team members). This is where you learn how to use our proprietary systems, booking tools, travel agent accounting, etc. Upon graduation, you will have an orientation to set up your emails and logins and cover additional admin tasks.

Complimentary Travel Advisor Education

Our training program is designed to push you beyond your comfort zone while giving you the tools needed to succeed. It's structured into three distinct stages:

Foundations of the Industry

You’ll have up to 30 days to complete a self-paced online program covering core travel knowledge—from destinations and supplier brands to efficient quoting and closing strategies. Experienced agents generating over $250k annually may bypass this step.

Applied Skills Assessment

Within a week of completing the foundations course, you’ll take part in a live virtual role-play with a member of our team acting as a client. This step focuses on real-world scenarios and practical decision-making. Agents earning over $1M per year may be exempt.

Systems & Tools Training

All new team members complete this required, self-guided course within 14 days. You’ll learn how to navigate our internal platforms, booking technology, and essential agent operations, including accounting workflows.

Mentorship & Community

Mentorship: We don't make money until you do. If you have a large opportunity with an ultra-luxury client, David Eisen will step in personally to assist. If you need a better understanding of sales, our VP of Sales, who has run dozens of sales teams, has your back. If you need help with marketing, our CMO and Marketing Director will personally assist. Our team collaborates and pushes each other towards success. None of our agents are on their own if they need additional support.

Meetings: We have meetings nearly daily, from office hours with top agents and AMAs with David Eisen to Sales Training Sessions, Monthly Vendor Meetings, and group travel breakouts.

Mentorship & Community Support

Hands-On Guidance

Your success comes first—our model is built so we only benefit when you do. When high-stakes opportunities arise with ultra-luxury clients, senior leadership steps in directly to support you. Need help sharpening sales skills, refining marketing, or navigating complex deals? Experienced leaders across sales, marketing, and operations actively collaborate with agents to provide real, practical assistance. No advisor is ever left to figure things out alone.

Ongoing Group Sessions

We host frequent live sessions designed to keep agents engaged and growing. These include open office hours with top performers, live Q&A discussions with leadership, structured sales workshops, monthly partner briefings, and focused group-travel sessions.

The #1 Booking Portal for Travel Agents

Fully Mobile: When David first became a travel agent before creating our travel agency, he would need to lug around his laptop and log into dozens of suppliers, including GDS (which has a horrific interface). Now, we have FastBook, which pulls hundreds (sometimes thousands) of rates for a single hotel in 30 seconds from anywhere. You can use FastBook on your phone, computer, or even tablet.

Control Over Your Commissions: We are the only travel agency that pulls NET rates into our booking portal. Our agents can adjust their commission up or down (but never so high that the client pays more than what they would pay when booking a public rate; we consider that a fail). This allows our agents to close more deals and maximize commissions on wide-margin deals—while still saving clients hundreds, or thousands of dollars.

Built for Mobility

In the early days of his career, David had to rely on a laptop and juggle countless supplier logins, including outdated GDS systems. Today, our all-in-one platform eliminates that friction—aggregating hundreds, and often thousands, of hotel rates in under a minute. The system works seamlessly across mobile phones, desktops, and tablets, so you can book from anywhere.

Full Transparency and Commission Flexibility: Our platform is uniquely designed to display NET pricing directly within the booking flow. Advisors have the ability to fine-tune their commissions—without ever inflating the client’s cost beyond public rates. This approach helps close more bookings, increase earnings on high-margin opportunities and still deliver substantial savings to clients.

Expectations Of Our Agents

You are Starting Your Own Business: This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You will need to decide whether you want to create a business entity (ie., an LLC) and handle your taxes and other business-related tasks. You must complete a W9 and set up your payment information with us so we can disburse your commissions without delay (we cover this in Orientation).

Independent Agent Affidavit/Statement of Exemption: You must file a Statement of Exemption each year to remain active with our agency. This is a form and fee of $51.50 paid directly to the State of Florida. We provide step-by-step instructions on how to do this during Orientation. Our host agency's credentials fully cover you upon completing the exemption statement.

You’re Building an Independent Business

This role operates on a 1099 independent contractor basis. You’ll be responsible for managing your own business affairs, which may include forming a legal entity, handling taxes, and overseeing operational details. To ensure timely commission payments, you’ll complete a W-9 and set up payout information during onboarding.

Annual Independent Contractor Filing: To remain active with the agency, advisors must submit a yearly exemption filing with the State of Florida. This includes a state-mandated form and a $51.50 fee paid directly to the state. Clear, step-by-step guidance is provided during onboarding, and once completed, you’re fully covered under our host agency credentials.

1. Submit Your Application

Start by completing the “Apply to Join Our Team” form below. Application decisions are typically shared within 24-48 hours.
